At BBQ Brush™, we want you to feel confident with every order.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

## Returns

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused or lightly used
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

## Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

## Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

## Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through misuse

## Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

## Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
